Weekly CT Foreclosure Statistics for May 26, 2008

This week's Foreclosure Statistics for Connecticut Counties as reported by The Warren Group. Most numbers are up over last week. Windham County is back on the board and once again, New Haven County has the highest number of Lis Pendens in the state.

FHASecure Gives Sub-Prime Borrowers Relief

Foreclosure and Mortgage Workshop Scheduled in Norwich

From the Norwich Bulletin - There will be an informational session about foreclosure prevention and sub-prime mortgages conducted by Catholic Charities and the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA). The session will be held at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday (tomorrow) in the Catholic Charities office at 331 Main Street in Norwich.

Looks like LisPendens are down again this week overall but there is no data for Windham county. New Haven is up slightly as is Tolland county but the others are slightly down.
